Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern access to the LOKAL AFRO FLIP GAME SERIES website, demos, digital game purchases and related customer services. By using the website or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and pricing
We offer digital games and related digital content. Product pages identify the title, edition, price and delivery format. Philippine prices are displayed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Prices may change for future purchases, but a completed order is charged at the price confirmed during checkout.
2. Accounts
Some paid releases may require a customer account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your sign-in credentials. Accounts and digital licenses are intended for the purchaser and may not be resold or transferred unless we expressly allow it.
3. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as PayMongo or PayPal. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices. We do not ask customers to send card numbers, e-wallet PINs, one-time passwords, or other payment secrets directly to us.
4. Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation. Delivery may include account-library access or a time-limited protected download link. No physical shipping is provided unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
5. License and intellectual property
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for personal entertainment. The game, artwork, music, characters, branding, code and other protected materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Copying, redistributing, reselling, bypassing access controls or commercially exploiting the files without permission is prohibited.
6. Demos and beta builds
Free demos and beta builds may differ from a commercial release and may contain incomplete features or compatibility limitations. Demo access does not create ownership of the full commercial game.
7. Customer support
For purchase, download or account issues, use our customer support form. We may request reasonable information needed to identify the order and resolve the issue.
8. Refunds and consumer rights
Refund requests are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
9. Availability and changes
We may update the website, game builds, compatibility information and service features. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or abuse prevention.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
